Payment and Cancellation
When booking your dive package, you can choose to pay your full balance or pay $200 per person deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. When booking within 30 days, full balance is due at the time of booking.
Please note our recently updated cancellation policy:
- A full refund is issued if canceled 30+ days before arrival.
- A future credit will be issued for trips canceled 15 – 29 days before arrival.
- No refund is issued within 14 days of arrival.
We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect their hard-earned dive vacation. Clearly Cayman has partnered with Trip Insurance Consultants to offer the TripWise Travel Protection Plan. Missed Dives
No refunds or transfers are given on unused portions of diving or in the event of inclement weather. The dive shop will issue a gift certificate for any dives canceled due to weather conditions.

Jennifer is a New York native, but she moved with her 2 cats to the warmer climes of Florida. She has worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years and loves helping our awesome guests build lasting memories.

Tonya has been with Clearly Cayman for 25 years, representing the best that the Cayman Islands have to offer. We consider her our group travel queen! Tonya enjoys working with groups, guests new and old, and all our wonderful travel partners. She

After retiring from her career Trish wanted to channel her energy into her hobby – scuba diving! Trish loves helping guests and is proud to be a part of a team that truly cares about providing the best service, accommodations, food and diving experience for our guests. Sue
Director of Sales and Marketing
Sue is the driving force behind the Sales & Reservations team! She has been sending guests to Little Cayman Beach Resort and Cayman Brac Beach Resort for over 20 years and is proud to be a member of this amazing team. She says that, while we are honored to welcome our repeat guests throughout the years, we are also excited to introduce the islands to new divers so that they can experience the Cayman Islands’ warm hospitality.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, Sarah-Jane has been with Clearly Cayman since 2019. After living in Grand Cayman for 9 years, Sarah-Jane settled in frigid Wisconsin where she is home-based. As the Sales Manager, Sarah-Jane can often be found on the road attending travel shows and visiting dive shops, she loves traveling and sharing our islands with new people.
